Your first lease review is free, and so are your entry and exit condition reports and the move-in vs move-out comparison that helps defend your bond. The only paid thing is reviewing extra leases beyond your first, at $4.99 each.

Which Australian states does RenterIQ cover?

Every state and territory: Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS), Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Northern Territory (NT). Tenancy info auto-detects your state.

Can I generate an entry condition report with RenterIQ?

Yes. RenterIQ guides you through a room-by-room inspection with timestamped photos and produces a professional PDF entry condition report you can save, email or print. It's designed to protect your bond from day one.

Does RenterIQ replace a lawyer for lease review?

No. RenterIQ produces a plain-English summary of your lease and flags clauses that may need attention. It's a tool to help you understand what you're signing, not a replacement for a lawyer. For binding advice on your specific situation, contact your state tenancy authority.

Where is my data stored?

Your photos and documents stay on your device by default. When you sign in, they sync securely to your private cloud account. Only you can access your records.

How much notice does my landlord need to give before entering my rental?

The notice depends on the reason for entry. It must be in writing and state the reason using Form 19 – Notice of proposed entry.

For non-urgent repairs, a landlord must give 72 hours written notice. For property inspections, 7 to 14 days, no more than four times a year.
